DELIVERY

By ordering water online it is understood that delivery will take place on the next delivery day. No deliveries will be made on Saturday, Sunday or Holidays. Delivery may be refused if customers account is in arrears, or WaterSmart Systems has incorrect or missing information.

PAYMENT

Payment must be made at time of delivery unless a previous account has been set up. Payment may be made in the form of Cash, Cheque, Visa or Mastercard. Accounts that are overdue may be refused delivery.

NSF Cheques will be subject to an additional charge of $25.00.

LIABILITY

WaterSmart Systems assumes and makes no promises in regards to times, delivery or quantity of water.
