CommentsI had an emergency at a rental property and your employee John (on his own time) helped me over the phone to find the softener bypass lever and shut it off before I ended up with a huge water bill. I did not need to have someone come to the house and pay a big overtime bill. If I am in the market for a new softener, I will definitely be calling your business first! Thanks again! Lori |
